1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • 🇺🇸 United States

International shipping outside these regions will be announced soon.

3. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping on orders over $150 CAD

Orders under $150 are charged shipping at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

5. Tracking Orders

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. PC Glam is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

PC Glam is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

8. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at:
