Refund policy

At PC Glam, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products, wigs, hair extensions, makeup, and personal care items are final sale once opened or used.

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product arrived damaged
  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

3. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

4. Return Approval Process

Once approved:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • Items must be shipped back within 5 days of approval
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours

5. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

PC Glam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Please contact your carrier for assistance.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
